“I had heard someone once say that the irish basically built New York. After this project I can understand why. Fionan and his crew was incredibly efficient. We had 1 week to do an unthinkable amount of work, which included painting , gut renovations of certain areas, moving a large decorative Balinese door, demolition of interior walls, rewiring electric, laying hardwood floors, and epoxy paint coating the entire floor of the 5,000 SF space. Fionan was not only efficient, but organized. His team was on time, worked hard, and got the job done. After six months of looking for contractors to handle the renovation of our new co-op unit (you'd be surprised how many folks just stop responding to calls and emails when they decide they can't or won't do the job), we lucked out and stumbled into Fionan during our final hour of despair. Always the consummate professional--Fionan completed our project on time and within budget, even with the omnipresent spectre of scope creep looming over the horizon. His communication is timely, his demeanor is respectful and charitable, and the quality of his and his team's work was exceptional. I'll be looking forward to the day when my wife and I have another project to undertake--so we have an excuse to work with San Nioclas Developments again. No joke.

St. Nioclas #stnioclasdevelopments performed a gut renovation of my approx. 1,000 square foot studio to modernize and enhance functionality. This included a new custom kitchen, bathroom tile, replacement of all appliances, floor refinishing, wallpaper, painting, and building a walk-in closet and wall storage unit.
Fionnan was extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond (especially when dealing with the New York Dept. of Buildings for permits). Everyone that worked for him was polite, thorough, and very clean in their work spaces. They covered all furniture and floors and worked methodically.
I would highly recommend Fionnan and St. Nioclas Developments.

I worked with Fionnan and his team a couple of times .It was a such a great experience. Even for a small job he would always come in person, listen carefully to our needs, understand what we were looking for, and then share his ideas. Most importantly for me, his team always came on time, they kept their promises, and were very trustworthy. I truly enjoyed working with his team .

We needed a residential contractor for some renovations to an apartment we just purchased. We needed flooring and walls to be refinished and repainted in a timely manner before moving in as a "Phase 1", with additional work to walls, ceilings, millwork, and electrical to follow after moving in as a "Phase 2". We have just concluded "Phase 1", and from start to finish, Fionnan proved to be fast, efficient, reliable, and very communicative. We are extremely satisfied with their work: the result is exactly what we discussed and agreed to and the workmanship and attention to detail is very high. Fionnan was available throughout the process and flexible/responsive to our needs. We asked for some modification to the finish during the flooring process, and Fionnan easily accommodated and talked us through the impact on overall cost and timeline. His pricing is inline with market rates or slightly more competitive, and his response time is fast. As we're preparing for "Phase 2", we look forward to working with Fionnan again.

I worked with St. Nioclas Developments to convert a closet into a bathroom in my apartment two years ago. Fionnan and his team did an amazing job and for a very fair price. Fionnan was helpful in every step of the process. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do and explained what it would entail in terms of process and cost and made practical suggestions that helped me make improvements to my original concepts. He also helped me to manage the process with my condo board and proactively provided the necessary information. The work was done well technically and completely to the specifications discussed and in a timely manner.
